We have both virtual and physical gift cards available from £25 for our customers shopping in the UK only. These are redeemable across our entire range, both in-store and online in the UK, in GBP.
You can buy a e-gift card instantly to be delivered via email and can be forwarded on to whoever you wish by email.
To redeem your gift card online enter your unique code (found in the email or on the back of your card) at the checkout. To redeem in-store just bring along your gift card QR code or number and hand it to a member of the SIRPLUS team.
The balance can be spent on more than one order. All gift cards expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
SIRPLUS ships from the UK and are happy to offer a duties paid service where customers are able to pay for these charges upfront at the checkout, via our international distribution partner Global-e.
Customers who choose their shipping region (click the flag on the top right hand corner of our website) and checkout paying duties should experience no delays and should not be asked to pay extra taxes to receive their order. We offer free shipping based on a minimum spend to all countries.
European countries are now subject to taxes and duties so we recommend you checkout via your shipping country and pay any taxes and duties to avoid delays with your order.
Please be aware that checking out without using this option for international deliveries may result in customs duties or taxes once the order reaches the destination country. SIRPLUS has no control over any delays or charges and cannot predict if these might occur. Any charges must be paid by you in order to receive your order. Please check the email address you used to place your order, as customs authorities normally contact you this way if necessary.
You can check stock availability in store for any of the products on our website. On the Menu on the right hand side of the product page there is an option to choose store pick up. This will let you know if a product is available in a particular store. You can then choose to purchase the product online and collect from store.
SIRPLUS are thrilled to offer items on pre-order, allowing customers to secure their desired garment while it is towards the end of its production with us.
Pre-order pieces are shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. We'll provide an estimated delivery date for each pre-ordered product to give you an idea of how long it is likely to be. Please note that these dates may be subject to change.
For orders that are a mix of in stock and pre-order items, we will endeavour to part ship the in stock item(s) to you. You will always receive a shipping notification with tracking for all parts of your order.

We hope you are happy with your SIRPLUS purchases, but we understand that not everything works out perfectly. So if something is not quite the right fit for you, you can return any unsuitable items for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
We will process your refund as soon as we can after we receive your return, however it can take up to 10 working days to reach your account.
We can only accept returns of goods in the condition you received them and for hygiene reasons we can’t accept any returns of underwear and facemasks.
To start a return, please follow this link and fill out the form. You will receive a pre-paid return label to print out. Then you just need to drop your parcel off at your nearest drop-off point or post office.
For returns, the cost of postage is deducted from your refund, all exchanges are free of charge.
If you can make it to one of our London Stores, you can also return or exchange your order there for free.
Yes, we also allow for in store returns for any online order.
To process a return and avoid it being held in UK customs or sent back to you please contact us by submitting a ticket HERE.
Our team will organise the labels for you to print out to make your return happen. You will also need to send your return with our returns form which you can download here, if you do not have one already.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days upon receipt of your order. When SIRPLUS organise your return we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund.

SIRPLUS started with surplus. And as we’ve grown, we have always returned to our purpose. We still see waste as an opportunity. The opportunity to turn specially selected offcuts into lifetime companion pieces, for a life well-lived.
As our line has grown, we have adopted more fabrics into the fray. Wherever we can, we source fabrics that fit with our principles - to create clothing that looks good and does good too. Approximately half of our garments are still made using surplus.
When it isn’t possible to source the right kind of surplus, we commission carefully selected non-surplus materials. Functional, durable and of the highest quality. Always ethically produced and held to the same high standards we demand of our surplus pieces, meaning every yard is made to last.
We use limited-run fabrics in our clothing because we know that our customers value something special and exclusive. Many of our items are made using surplus fabric, meaning there is only a small amount.
If an item is out of stock online, you can sign up on the product page to get a notification if it comes back into stock. This is pretty unusual though, so if you see something that you like, act fast!
But don’t despair! We often revive popular styles using similar fabrics. Sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of this page and we’ll keep you informed of our new arrivals - and you'll get 10% off your first order!
We don’t offer gift wrapping as we aim to reduce plastic and paper waste wherever we can.
However, we do offer some rather delightful gift boxes, featuring some of our classic pairings in a presentation box crafted from recycled cardboard. The perfect gift for a special occasion
