How do I return an international order?

To process a return and avoid it being held in UK customs or sent back to you please contact us by submitting a ticket HERE.

Our team will organise the labels for you to print out to make your return happen. You will also need to send your return with our returns form which you can download here, if you do not have one already.

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days upon receipt of your order. When SIRPLUS organise your return we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund.

For exchanges, please contact our customer service team HERE who will happily assist you with exchanging your order at a cost.
